NOTICE is hereby given that The Council of the City of Plymouth pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of land at the following locations which is currently held as public open space:
Clowance Street, Mountwise – 0.11ha (0.27ac) for housing
Any objections to the proposed disposals must be made in writing addressed to the Head of Land and Property or sent to landandproperty@plymouth.gov.uk and must be received by Tuesday 4 June 2024.
